Buyer Beware
Anyone charging more for different pressure regulators is ripping you off. Wholesale manufacturers charge the same for all pressures. Anyone buying crap out of China and charging you extra for higher pressures is nothing more than a rip off artist and does not respect the community he sells to.
If someone says "paintball" ANS or other brand regulators don't work for airguns they are lying. "Paintball Regulators" are what they are selling. They were designed long before paintball or airguns were around. Different applications of the same design do not make something not work.
If someone tells you a tank can't be adjusted and still be of good quality, then claims the pressure on their tanks is adjusted to customer preference . . . Well you do the math.
This simply shows the ignorance of the guy selling them. Their regulators operate the same as any other brand. There is nothing magic about a spring pack made in China and sold at a higher price. The difference is that while the competition is after your money we want your loyalty. We are happy to sell you your first tank but want to sell you your last as well. In some cases that will be the same purchase as our products are built to last. But if like me one gun isn't enough for you we are here to serve.
Don't let some airhead tell you what to buy. I have replaced others' regulators too. Some because the guy selling them doesn't back his product. It takes an expert to know how something works. Anybody can buy something overseas and then mark up the price.
